Pondera Medical Center Pondera Medical Center, located in Conrad, Montana, is comprised of a 20 bed acute care facility, 59 bed extended care facility, rural health clinic, home health care, durable equipment service and oxygen service. We have four local physicians on staff and a variety of visiting specialists. Our facility takes great pride in the quality care given in all departments. We empower professionals to deliver care they can be proud of and we cater to our patients every need. PMC has all the "big city services with a small town touch." Conrad is about 45 minutes north of Great Falls and within a couple of hours of beautiful Glacier National Park. We are close to Bob Marshall Wilderness and all kinds of outdoor recreation, like fishing, hiking, hunting, camping, and much more.
