Vacation Eligible employees accrue up to 24 days a year (29 days per year after five years; 31 days after 10 years; 34 days after 16 years) of employment at Shodair.
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Employees and their families may be eligible for Shodair’s medical insurance benefits. Shodair covers up to 90 percent of the eligible employees’ monthly premium.
Holidays Shodair recognizes seven holidays per year.
Retirement Plan Shodair contributes six percent of an eligible employees’ salary into their retirement plan when the employee has worked the qualifying period (approximately one year) and the employee is 100 percent vested.
Life Insurance A $12,000 Term and AD&D policy, for eligible employees, is paid by Shodair.
Supplemental Life Insurance Employees can receive up to $100,000 term life coverage at group rates.
